Flower Children of Scotland, when will we see your like again?

"Wear Your Love Like Heaven" - Donovan

"Gently Tender" - The Incredible String Band

"My Stair Cupboard At 3 a.m." - Bread, Love & Dreams

  1. John Peel described Marmalade as the British version of CSNY.

    1. Not sure about that. More like NNN & N really. I quite like N, so that's not meant as an insult

  2. That Beatles cover aside, the had a couple or three great songs including "Cousin Norman" and "Back on the Road". A few years back, Dean Ford did a solo update of "Reflections of My Life" which is worth digging out on Youtube. I'm old enough to remember him when the band played Aberdeen Beach Ballroom gigs as Dean Ford and the Gaylords. The latter allegedly came from a Chicago street gang known as "The Gaylords" which was the name later used by a gang from Glasgow.
